You have to select the exact same 5 numbers in the exact same order to get the same password.

The length of the password affects the password itself. If the password length you've set is different from the first time, the password you get is also different.

The password you get is also different if you switch off special characters.

I click on the number fields but the selected numbers are not blue as before. Why?

The Incognito mode button above the numbers is there to hide these selected fields from prying eyes. You have this enabled. We recommend using this button in public places where your screen is easy to see for anyone.

There are sites that won't accept my Passte password. Why?

Some sites don't allow the use of special characters in passwords. In this case you only have to switch them off by clicking on the Special characters button above the number fields.
